The Christmas Code

People love codes. A code is something hidden that needs to be unlocked to understand the message. Christmas is filled with symbols that we see each year. But what does it mean? 

1. The Manger Code: God came lower than anyone expected (Luke 2:7).

2. The Shepherd Code: God chose the least likely to hear first (Luke 2:8-12).

3. The Name Code: Jesus came with a mission (Matthew 1:21; Isaiah 9:6). 

You can celebrate Christmas without ever understanding it. But when you "break the code", you discover the greatest truth ever given: God came down so we could be brought up.
