Leadership Lessons

God calls men to lead—in their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities. At Faith Baptist Church, we want to help men grow into godly leaders who make biblical decisions and influence others for Christ.

Leadership is not about position or title. It is about character, conviction, and responsibility before God. The Bible provides powerful examples of men who led with courage, integrity, wisdom, and humility.

To help develop these qualities, this page will serve as a resource center for Biblical Leadership Development.
 
Each quarter Pastor Greg will publish a new article exploring a leadership principle from Scripture. Over time, these articles will form a 12-lesson leadership curriculum based on key leaders and teachings from the Bible. These lessons are designed to help men grow in their leadership at home, in the church, and in everyday life.

As new articles are written, they will be posted and archived here, making them available for personal study, small groups, or leadership training.

Our prayer is that God will raise up faithful men of character and conviction who lead with wisdom and point others to Christ.
